What is included on an All-On-One™ Poster?
+-

The All-On-One™ Poster is a one-step compliance solution for most employers. It includes the most commonly required federal and state labor law postings. Typically, this includes the state and federal minimum wage, equal employment opportunity, discrimination, family and sick leave laws, occupational health and safety, unemployment, workers’ compensation, pay day and emergency numbers notices.

Am I required to display other posters in addition to the All-On-One™ Poster?
+-

The All-On-One™ Poster satisfies posting requirements for the majority of employers. However, some businesses may have additional posting requirements based on industry or location. For example, government contractors, restaurant employers, employers of a certain size, or employers that operate in specific cities or counties may be required to post additional or different labor law notices.

When do I need to update my All-On-One™ Poster?
+-

You are required to update your All-On-One™ Poster when there has been a major change to a mandatory labor law notice. A major change includes any legal or regulatory change which affects employees’ and employers’ rights and responsibilities, such as a change to the minimum wage rate or workers’ compensation requirements. If changes are only minor, such as reformatting or a new logo, you do not need to update your poster.

If there has been a major change to only one labor law notice, you will be able to update your All-On-One™ Poster with a Peel ‘N Post™ sticker. If there have been major changes to two or more labor law notices, or if the state requires a new notice in response to a recent law, you will need to purchase a new All-On-One™ Labor Law Poster.

How do I know if my All-On-One™ Poster is up to date?
+-

The lower right-hand corner of the All-On-One™ Poster contains a product number and a poster date indicating the month and year that your poster was last edited. To verify that your poster is up to date, you can view the Latest Revisions page to check the Current Poster Date for your state, or the Poster Updates page to see the date of the most recent major change. You can also download a Free Compliance Checklist to see the revision date of individual labor law notices as well as the CPC poster date.

Consult with your compliance advisor at any time to ensure that all required labor law notices and other posters are up to date.

A new law requires a new labor law notice or an update to an existing notice. When can I update my poster with this change?
+-

Most laws do not specify a definite release date for a new or revised labor law notice. Instead, the release date is usually at the discretion of the enforcing agency. A new or updated labor law notice may be released far in advance of the new law going into effect, or several months after.  You are in compliance as long as you have all currently released notices posted.

How do I receive information about updates to labor laws or posting requirements?
+-

If you only want to receive notifications about mandatory poster updates for specific states, you can sign up for our email list here. You will automatically be signed up for our state-specific email list when you purchase a poster, but you can unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive updates.

How many changes to my All-On-One™ Poster can I expect?
+-

Unfortunately, there is no way to anticipate how many changes your poster will require within a given year. Although some posting updates are already written into law, such as yearly increases to the state minimum wage, laws and regulations passed throughout the year will often necessitate a revision to an existing labor law notice, or even an entirely new notice. A government agency may also choose to update a labor law notice in order to clarify a law due to a recent judicial decision, or in response to an internal agency decision.

Do you offer a subscription service?
+-

No. Subscription services require payment of an annual fee even when a labor law poster does not undergo any changes. Instead, CPC offers Peel ‘N Post™  update stickers as a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to full poster replacement. Peel ‘N Post™ stickers allow you to replace a single revised labor law notice at the low price of $9.95 per update sticker – no additional fee is required, and you can update only when needed. When a posting change is required, you will be automatically notified.
